  • Here you will find my workout/exercise programs! I have three tiers: hard gainer, women, and weight loss. Hard gainers are for the skinny guys out there who have a hard time to build muscle. Women program is self explanitory, but it's around gaining muscle and enhancing your body. Weight loss is for men and women who wants to lose weight. I am very excited for this and I am working on this everyday. Stay tuned and be prepared for your new body to appear!
